Scope and Purpose

Definitions

Player Controls

  • Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Requests are applied to the account as soon as processing is completed on Fa999 platforms. Limit changes may be made at any time; lowering limits takes effect immediately; lifting limits may require a 24 hour cooling-off period before changes take effect.
  • Reality Check: Fa999 provides a Reality Check feature that reminds you how long you have been playing. The reminder appears on screen while you are active. Self-Exclusion and Take a Break

You may also request a temporary Take a Break period with options including 24 hours, 1 week, 1 month or up to 6 weeks. After the period ends, access will resume unless you reapply or contact Fa999 to reopen your account. Self-exclusion requests apply to the entire Fa999 network and cannot be limited to a single site or product.
