1. Scope, Definitions and Application
These Rules govern the acceptance, settlement and administration of bets placed with Fa999 on its sportsbook and related betting services. They apply to all sports, events, markets and bet types unless a separate event rule states otherwise. Fa999 reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time without prior notice. It is the Customer’s responsibility to review the current Rules before placing a wager. In the event of any discrepancy between English and other language versions, the English text prevails.
2. Key Terms
In these Rules the following terms have the meanings shown: Customer means the person who places a bet; Bet means the agreement between Customer and Fa999 to stake money on an Outcome; Market means a set of related outcomes for an Event; Event means an organized competition or match; Outcome means a specific result or state that determines a bet’s settlement; Live or In-Play refers to bets placed on events during ongoing play.
3. General Bet Acceptance and Validity
3.1 Bets are accepted on the current valid Market as displayed on Fa999’s platform at the time of acceptance. 3.2 Bets placed before the Event start time are valid unless the Market rules specify otherwise. 3.3 If an Event begins before the scheduled start time, bets placed before the actual start are valid; bets placed after the actual start are void unless Live Betting applies. 3.4 If a Market is not closed or suspended at the correct time, Fa999 reserves the right to void bets placed after the actual start time. 3.5 Fa999 may amend, correct or remove Markets or prices at any time; such changes are binding from the moment they are posted. 3.6 It remains the Customer’s responsibility to verify match status, scores and other relevant data before and during wagering. 3.7 If a team or participant is listed with an incorrect opponent or if participant data is erroneous, Fa999 may void affected bets. 3.8 Fa999 may suspend, void or withhold payment of bets pending investigation into suspected rigging or manipulation. 3.9 If a dispute arises, claims must be raised via Fa999’s Customer Services and will be resolved in accordance with Fa999’s escalation process. The Head of Sportsbook shall have the final decision on unresolved disputes. 3.10 Fa999 reserves the right not to offer a price on certain teams or positions and may label them as No Offers. Bets on such selections are void or settle at an odds of 1.00 as applicable.
4. Live Betting and In-Play Rules
4.1 Live bets are accepted on events or outcomes with undetermined results during play. 4.2 Odds for Live bets change in real time and may move between selection and acceptance; Fa999 is not obliged to offer prices throughout the entirety of an Event. 4.3 Live bets are settled based on information available immediately after the Event or period ends, using official data where available. Fa999 may settle Live bets using its own statistics if necessary, and bets on non competing athletes may be voided. 4.4 Bets where an outcome is already determined at the time of acceptance are considered invalid. 4.5 Claims regarding Live bets must be submitted within 24 hours of the event’s start. 4.6 If an Event is abandoned or not completed within 48 hours of starting, bets will be refunded or voided as applicable; bets on outcomes not unconditionally determined will be settled at odds of 1.0. 4.7 The end time for accepting bets for a Live Event is the time displayed in the betting line, which may differ from the actual start time of the Event. 4.8 Fa999 requires Customers to comply with these Rules to place Live bets and may suspend or block accounts for improper betting activity, including automated or robotic betting. 4.9 Fa999 prohibits bets from persons who have not reached the age of majority as defined by applicable laws, participants in events, or individuals associated with other betting entities; Fa999 may block or restrict such Users.
5. Bet Types and Market Rules
5.1 Single Bet: a bet placed on the outcome of a single Event. 5.2 Multiple (Accumulator): a bet on the outcomes of two or more unrelated Events; all selections must win for the bet to pay. 5.3 System Bet: a bet comprising multiple combinations that are settled separately; payouts depend on the results of the constituent multiples. 5.4 Conditional Bet: a chain of bets where only the first (main) part is paid; subsequent bets ride on winnings from the main part. If the main part fails, all Conditional bets fail. 5.5 It is prohibited to include the same Event within multiple or system bets if such inclusion affects the integrity of the bet. Fa999 reserves the right to refund such bets. 5.6 Final odds for all listed Bet types take into account event specifics, postponements or transfers; odds can be adjusted to reflect these factors. 5.7 Outright bets (futures) involve predicting the eventual winner of an Event, race or tournament; if a competitor does not start, Outright bets on that competitor are void; if multiple winners are declared, stake is divided pro rata and settled at full odds for each winner. 5.8 Marketline changes and corrections preserve the conditions applicable to Pre-Event bets; bets placed before a rule change remain valid under the original terms.
6. Settlement, Results and Disputes
6.1 Unless specified otherwise, settlements follow the official competition rules for the Event. If an official result is not available, Fa999 will settle based on available evidence as of the time of settlement. 6.2 In a Dead Heat, the stake is divided by the number of winners and the resulting amount is paid at the full odds on each winning portion. 6.3 If a price disparity exceeds a material threshold or if prices are displayed incorrectly, Fa999 may void the bet or pay based on a corrected price. 6.4 If there is uncertainty about a result, Fa999 may suspend settlement until resolution. 6.5 If a conflict arises between the official results and Fa999 results, Fa999 may rely on video recordings or governing body results to determine the correct outcome; in the absence of video, the governing body’s published results govern. 6.6 Bets accepted after an Event has finished are void unless the Event rules permit late settlement. 6.7 Disputes must be raised within 7 days of settlement or at most 14 days after the Event’s completion, after which Fa999’s decision is final. 6.8 Fa999 reserves the right to correct any obvious errors in markets, results or payouts and to reverse settlements where necessary. 6.9 If a Customer’s account balance shows incorrect settlements due to a system error, Fa999 will correct the balance in a prompt manner.
7. Postponements, Abandonments and Venue Changes
7.1 If an Event does not begin on the scheduled date or within 12 hours of the scheduled start time and is not completed within the originally scheduled completion date, all bets are void unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Event’s rules. 7.2 Abandonment before completion that is not continued within 36 hours will render bets void, except for those with already determined outcomes. 7.3 If an Event is officially declared valid despite a postponement, settlement will be according to the official outcome when determined. 7.4 If the venue is changed or a match is moved such that the home and away designations would be reversed, bets on the match may be deemed void; if a neutral venue is used, bets may remain valid if the event as listed remains unchanged. 7.5 If opposing teams are mislabelled, Fa999 may void bets on that Event. 7.6 For non team Events, a venue change does not automatically invalidate bets unless the Event rules state otherwise. 7.7 Where a host country or neutral designation is disputed, Fa999 will determine validity based on the event’s official records.
8. Price Integrity, Errors and Limits
8.1 Fa999 may correct obvious errors in odds, results or lineup information; bets accepted on such errors may be voided or settled at corrected prices. 8.2 If a bet is accepted after the Event’s outcome is effectively known, it will be void and refunded. 8.3 The maximum and minimum wager amounts for a given Event or Market vary by sport and specific Market; Fa999 may impose limits on individual events or accounts without prior notice. 8.4 Where a bet is marked as No Offer (N/O), no price is offered for that selection, and any bet placed on such a selection may be void or settled at 1.00 as appropriate. 8.5 In the event of a system error or bug, Fa999 reserves the right to suspend, void or correct affected bets and settlements.
9. Bonus and Promotional Balances
9.1 Customers may hold real balances and bonus balances; real funds are used first for bets unless alternative terms apply. 9.2 Wagering requirements apply to bets funded by bonus balances and are governed by separate terms visible in the Promotions section. 9.3 Winnings credited to a bonus balance remain subject to the bonus terms and conditions; once funds are converted to real money, standard settlement rules apply. 9.4 It is prohibited to place bets on multiple outcomes within the same market for the same Event when using a bonus balance; violation may result in cancellation of the bonus and all related winnings. 9.5 Fa999 reserves the right to adjust or terminate bonus offers and to restrict accounts as necessary to prevent abuse or fraud. 9.6 If a bet is placed from a deactivated bonus balance before settlement, the bet may be void and not settled.
10. Prohibited Conduct and Responsible Gaming
10.1 Fa999 prohibits participation by underage users or by individuals who are not permitted to place bets under applicable law. 10.2 Individuals who are directly involved in events or who have affiliations with other betting entities are prohibited from using the service where prohibited. 10.3 Attempts to gain an unfair advantage, including repeated bets to bypass limits or using automation to place bets, may result in account restrictions or closure. 10.4 Fa999 may block access to accounts suspected of automated betting or other fraud risks without prior notice. 10.5 Fa999 reserves the right to request identity verification and other information to comply with regulatory requirements.
11. Security, Data and Data Delays
11.1 The data provided on Fa999’s platform, including live scores and match status, may be delayed and may not reflect the real-time reality of the Event; bets placed on such data are at Customer risk. 11.2 Fa999 provides data as is and accepts no liability for inaccuracies, delays or omissions in data supplied by third-party services. 11.3 Where live data feeds are used, Fa999 may rely on internal data or official sources to settle bets; in the event of discrepancy, Fa999’s decision is final.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Rules are governed by the laws applicable to Fa999’s licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes not resolvable by internal processes may be brought before the courts of that jurisdiction as permitted by applicable law.
13. Notices and Contact
Fa999 provides Customer support for rule-related inquiries and dispute handling through its Customer Services channels. Customers may request escalation to the Head of Sportsbook for final resolution where necessary.
